1) Refund within 24 hours of payment (and ≥72 hours before the first lesson)

If you apply within 24 hours of completing payment, and the first scheduled lesson is at least 72 hours away, you may contact customer service to request a refund (WeChat: TXSNOW_OFFICIAL · Email: info@t-xsnow.com · Phone/WhatsApp: 647-936-4161).
Eligibility is based on the payment timestamp on your order. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window are deemed a waiver of this right.

2) Refund method and fees

Refunds are not returned to the original payment channel. All approved refunds are issued via Interac e-Transfer (EMT) to the name/email of the original payer.
For each refund, TXSNOW charges a fee of: CAD $20 + 5% of the total amount paid, deducted from the refund.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

3) No refunds after 24 hours; lessons valid for 24 months

After 24 hours from payment, no refunds are available.
Validity period: Lessons are valid for 24 months from the purchase date. Any unused lessons after 24 months expire automatically and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Rescheduling is subject to actual availability. If prices have increased, you will need to pay the difference.
If TXSNOW updates its pricing structure, any conversion of existing lessons to other lesson types will follow the current pricing at the time of conversion, and previous discounts will not be carried forward.
