    Please complete and submit this form to register for Finishing Strong, Ending Well: Crafting the Culminating Chapter of your Religious Leadership, a program sponsored by UUA Church Staff Finances featuring Rev. Dr. Larry Peers. This retreat will take place Monday, March 23 to Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center, 1525 Marriottsville Road, Marriottsville, MD 21104.

    Each attendee must submit a separate registration form — whether you are a program participant, spouse/partner/guest, or commuting daily. If sharing a room, both occupants must register individually.

    Cost: $975 (single) and $725 (shared) plus processing fees. This fee includes 3 nights lodging, all meals, and all program content. Not included is airfare/train fare to BWI/Marshall or transit to the Retreat Center. There is also a commuter rate of $495 for local participants that includes all meals and program content. Credit/Debit card totals will be $1000 (single), $750 (shared), $510 (commuter). ACH totals will be $980 (single), $730 (shared), $499 (commuter).

    Payment is due at time of registration. You may pay by credit card or ACH payment. See cancellation and refund policy below.

    Eligibility: Applicants should be 50+ years of age and planning to retire within 10 years. Spouses/partners/guests are welcome.

    Registration Deadline: February 20, 2026. Preference given to applications received by January 30, 2026. Space is limited.

  • REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    By registering for the UUA Retirement Planning Seminar (March 23-26, 2026), you agree to the following:

    PAYMENT:
    - Full payment is required at time of registration
    - Payment is processed via Stripe (credit/debit card or ACH bank account processing fees will be added)

    CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
    - 60+ days before event (on or before January 22, 2026): 100% refund minus processing fees
    - 30-59 days before event (January 23 - February 21, 2026): 75% refund minus processing fees
    - 14-29 days before event (February 22 - March 9, 2026): 50% refund minus processing fees
    - Less than 14 days before event (after March 9, 2026): No refund

    DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ACCESSIBILITY:
    - All dietary restrictions and accessibility needs must be submitted by March 9, 2026
    - Late requests cannot be accommodated per venue policy
