    Ignite Track Club is built for athletes who want more—more structure, more competition, and more results. Whether you're a 200m/400m sprinter, mid-distance runner, or distance athlete, this program is designed to keep you sharp, competitive, and improving all summer long.

    This is for athletes who aren’t satisfied with standing still.

    What You Get:

    • Full Summer Training Block (June 22nd – August 21st)
    • 2 High-Quality Practices Per Week
    • Final schedule & location announced after registration closes (Kirkland/Renton Area depending on athletes)
    • Weekly Race Opportunities on Wednesdays All-Comers meets in Shoreline Additional meets coming soon
    • Ignite Singlet Included with registration
    • Investment: $600 (one-time fee for the full season) please submit payment through my Venmo business account! You'll be redirected after registration.
    • Athletes cover individual meet entry fees

     Personalized Training Plans via Final Surge:
    Every athlete receives a customized training calendar built in Final Surge, which includes:

    Weekly workouts
    Progress tracking and feedback tools
    A space for athletes to log comments and receive coaching input

    This summer is about development + competition—we’re building speed, strength, and race confidence while giving athletes consistent opportunities to compete.

    Whether you're chasing faster times on the track or gearing up for a strong cross country season, Ignite gives you the structure and environment to make it happen.

    I, the undersigned (or the parent/guardian of the minor participant), voluntarily choose to participate in activities organized by Coach Carter / [Your Club Name].


    I understand running, sprinting, conditioning, and strength activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather exposure, overuse injuries, and other hazards that may result in injury or death.

     
    Assumption of Risk. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, even if arising from the negligence of the Club.

     
    Release & Indemnity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Club, its coaches, and volunteers from any claims for injury or loss arising out of participation.

     
    Medical Consent. I authorize first aid and emergency medical treatment if necessary.

     
    Media Consent (optional). I grant permission for use of photos/videos for social media or promotional purposes.

     
    Parent/Guardian consent is required for minors.
