Patshahi Daawa Nz– Internal Rules / Member Terms &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;1. Purpose&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Patshahi Daawa New Zealand (the “community”) is an internal wing of Patshahi Daawa New Zealand Trust.&#13;&#10;Its purpose is to promote Sikh rights, Sikh sovereignty, Khalistan self-determination, justice for Sikh genocide victims, and lawful community advocacy in New Zealand.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;2. Membership Requirements&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All members must:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;1. Support Khalistan as a democratic right of Sikh self-determination.&#13;&#10;2. Support Sikh sovereignty and global Sikh human rights.&#13;&#10;3. Support justice for victims of the Sikh genocide and related human rights violations.&#13;&#10;4. Follow all laws of New Zealand, including peaceful advocacy and lawful public activity.&#13;&#10;5. Maintain respectful behaviour toward all members and the community.&#13;&#10;6. Not misuse the name of the Group or Trust for personal or political gain.&#13;&#10;7. Accept decisions made by the Committee.&#13;&#10;8. Uphold the values of Sikh ethics, seva, and truth.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;3. Membership Sewa (Contribution)&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;1. All members must contribute minimum $30 monthly sewa.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;2. These funds are strictly used for:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Organising rallies&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Human rights advocacy&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Community awareness&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Printing, promotions, or educational material&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Other related seva approved by the Committee&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;3. The Treasurer will maintain transparent records.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;4. Failure to pay sewa for 2 consecutive months may result in suspension of membership.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;4. Behaviour & Conduct&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Members must:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Maintain peaceful conduct at all times&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Not engage in any unlawful activity&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Respect diversity within the Sikh community&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Avoid creating internal conflict or spreading misinformation&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Keep internal matters confidential unless authorised&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;---&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;5. Removal of Membership&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Membership may be suspended or cancelled if a member:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Violates NZ law&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Engages in violence, threats, or unlawful behaviour&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misuses Trust or Group name&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Fails to follow rules or decisions&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Acts against Sikh principles or the Group’s purpose&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Decisions are made by the Committee and confirmed by trustees if required.&#13;&#10;---&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;6. Structure & Authority&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The Group operates under Patshahi Daawa NZ Trust&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Final authority remains with the Board of Trustees&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The Group must report to trustees regularly&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All public statements must be approved by the  trustees&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;---&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;7. Privacy & Records&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Basic member information (name, phone, email) will be kept confidential and only used for Group activities.
