2026/27 Season Coach Accreditation Form

For competitions held in South Australia
Relevant Policy:

ISA-25 APSA Coach Membership Requirements for ISA Events and ISU Accreditation

Any coach who is a member of APSA, who seeks to participate in ISA Champs Series Events or ISA Member Championships held in South Australia, must have and complete the following:

1. Current financial membership to an ISA Member,

2. Up-to-date APSA membership,

3. Submit evidence of their APSA accreditation,

4. Submit evidence of their working with Children check,

5. Wear the Coach Accreditation ID issued with evidence of accreditation at the event

Once this form is submitted and documents verified, SAISA will issue your Coach Accrediation ID for the season.
