STeP Simulatory - Warranty Policy
The STeP Simulator comes with a limited warranty that guarantees the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component at our discretion. In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product, or the replacement value of the product, whichever is less. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty claims. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, accident, or unauthorized repair.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, PRAXIUM SAFETY, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRAXIUM SAFETY, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT.
SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
Warranty Return Limitations
- Returns are accepted only for verified defects in materials or workmanship covered under this warranty.
- No returns will be accepted for buyer dissatisfaction, training-related damage, misuse, or any non-warranty condition.
- Warranty remedies consist of repair or replacement only, at the sole discretion of Praxium Safety, LLC.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Replacement will be issued only if repair is determined to be not feasible, at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer.
