We are calling for proposals from student affairs and services professionals - both in public service agencies and institutions of higher education - across a large field of services from the operational and management field.

Please submit a short description of your proposal, including a title, short abstract, student services field(s) concerned, and what the audience can expect from attending this session.

Proposal for a programme / presentation
Workshop Presentation (20-30 min) are traditional programme sessions that present a student services strategy, approach, or practice in a particular student services setup; presentations should feature professional expertise in student services, sharing critical learning from their experience and implications for colleagues; workshops are meant to be interactive to promote learning and exchange of knowledgeShow & Tell (5-10 min) – show & tell sessions are short-format talks meant to present good-practices, innovative examples, successful initiatives or creative ideas for future implementation in a quick format without further introduction or context information; the main goal is to spark new ideas and conversations with fast-paced presentationsContribution to a panel discussion (input and discussion in a 90min-session) – this format will present current challenges and possible strategies in a larger format, each panel member will be invited to provide a short input on a current theme or challenge and then engage in a discussion, providing more information on the local/region/national or institutional knowledge and experience in the workshop theme;Informal Round-tables (45 min) – this open-format is simply a table, where you can speak informally about your country/region, institution, or specific topic in an informal conversation while participants wander around freely in a world-café format
