  • Water & Gas Information

Water stand pipes are sited at convenient locations throughout the trading areas for traders’ use. There is no additional charge for shared use of these standpipes. Traders who use gas cylinders must ensure they have sourced sufficient amounts for the duration of the festival. For local supply please talk to a member of the Kelburn Garden Party team beforehand. North Ayrshire Council stipulate that all gas cylinders must be caged and situated on a solid and non-combustible surface.

  • Electrical Details

It is your responsibility to make sure that your equipment is of the correct standard. PAT testing of electrical equipment and cables is available on site at a cost of £6.50 per item. Generators are not permitted to be brought on site, excluding satellite locations in the campsites.
  • Vehicle Details

You must list all vehicles that you intend to bring onsite. Not all vehicles will be able to be parked behind your stalls and may need to be parked up in the nearby car park. We must be made aware of any particularly large vehicles so we are able to find space for them. We have a small site (in terms of viable parking space) and we expect all stallholders to minimise the number of vehicles required for each stall and their staff.
  • Accommodation Details

Back of house space at Kelburn is limited so therefore we need as much information as possible about your accommodation. Due to these space limitations there could be instances where you may not be able to camp directly behind your stall.

  • Additional Information

  • Kelburn Jazz Weekend - 2nd & 3rd May 2026

We are holding a smaller event (1500 capacity) and we will have two or three food and one or two retail pitches available. Its got Corto Alto and Giles Peterson as headline bookings and it promises to be great - ticket sales are good so far.
  • Waste Cooking Oil Survey

We had a few stalls leave behind their waste cooking oil in 2025, and we are checking in with all food vendors to gauge interest in a centralised waste oil collection. Currently waste cooking oil is not included in our onsite waste disposals, you have to take this away yourself).
