Depending on the nature of the concern, it may be referred to the appropriate department, committee, or outside agency for further review or action. Town staff may contact you if additional information is needed. Submission of this form does not guarantee a specific response, outcome, or timeframe for resolution. Some matters may require additional review, investigation, or coordination and may take longer to address. This form is not intended for emergencies. For urgent matters involving public safety, please contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
