This information is required to ensure the correct vehicle is removed from the property. We do not "give back" vehicles that are removed, so it is important that steps are taken prior to the towing request to make sure the vehicle should be towed and the specific vehicle information is gathered.

I hereby authorize Gordon’s Wrecker Service to remove the above-described vehicle from the listed private property location. I confirm that I have the legal authority to request this tow. I understand that all towing and storage charges are the responsibility of the vehicle owner, not the property owner. I acknowledge that once the vehicle is removed, Gordon’s Wrecker Service will not return the vehicle to the property. Gordon's Wrecker Service does not release vehicles without payment. Additionally, once Gordon's Wrecker Service is hooked to, loaded, or touching the vehicle it will not be released on site to the vehicle owner/driver without payment of a drop fee.
