By submitting and signing this form, you are agreeing to Choose Wildlife, Inc.'s volunteer photographer agreement. At a high-level, this entails:
- You grant Choose Wildlife a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to:
- Exclusively produce and sell up to 50 total physical prints/products per image (across all sizes), and
- Use the images non-exclusively in our marketing, website, social media, and fundraising materials.
- For this limited edition of up to 50 prints/products per image, you agree not to sell physical prints/products of these images yourself or through other galleries, print labs, or stores, and not to grant others rights to do so. You can still use the images in your own portfolio, on your website/social media, and for other non-competing uses like editorial licensing.
- Submission does not guarantee selection or use. Choose Wildlife may decide which images to feature, how long to offer them for sale, and may remove images or end an edition early at its discretion.
- You do not receive payment or royalties; your contribution is a donated license in support of Choose Wildlife, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose net proceeds fund wildlife conservation grants.
- We will credit you by name on an anodized aluminum card that ships with each print, along with a QR code linking to information about the impact of that image.
- You confirm that you are the photographer and rights holder, that the images are real photographs (not AI-generated), and that you followed ethical and legal practices in creating them (no harassment of wildlife, trespassing, or illegal baiting).
