A more detailed description of the activity or event for which the individual is being nominated for can be uploaded with the nomination as well.
You may attach up to five pages, one sided, of supporting documents to support your nomination.
The time frame for the event, or activity, in which you are nominating an individual shall be between September 1 of the proceeded year and September 1 of the current year.
