Exhibit Title. This CANNOT be changed. The MAA starts building our promotional materials early and once designed we CANNOT change the title of your exhibition or your exhibition image.
Your title should be no more than 40 characters long, including spaces and punctuation.
Please upload your exhibition image in the highest possible resolution. This is the image that we will use on our posters, social media and publicity pieces. This work is expected to be part of your exhibit. This CANNOT be changed. Artist statement and brief, clearly articulated description and theme of the proposed exhibition. Please include your prefered gallery and time of year for your exhibit. The MAA will take your requests into consideration however, we cannot guarentee accomodation.
We strongly suggest our artists engage with the public during their exhibition with a demonstration, workshop, meet-and-greet or other event, either during our business day or after hours. Please give us a description of a way that you plan to maximize your time here at the MAA.
Please upload 8 - 10 images. The MAA understands that during the time between your applicaiton and your exhibition, individual works might be sold and new ones created, however, the submitted images must be representative of the quality, medium, and content that will be shown in your exhibit. Your acceptance will be based on the work that is submitted in this proposal. The submitted work is expected to serve as the foundation for an accepted exhibit with some, if not all of the submitted work to be included in an accepted exhibit.

80-90% of all work exhibited should be for sale; the MAA encourages gallery sales and receives a 35% commission on all work sold. New and/or additional work may be added to an accepted exhibit but should be discussed with the MAA.
