KeHE Q1 Buying Showcase Application

Increase your Q1 sales and get direct access to KeHE Customers and the entire KeHE sales organization. Complete the supplier application and choose what's best for your brand by selecting your level of participation. Our customers and sales team members are eager to shop Show-Only deals for January, February, March, and April! Show-Only Deals are mandatory for show participation. To confirm your participation in the Q1 KeHE Buying Showcase, Suppliers must complete all sections of this contract by the deadline listed below ("Exhibitor Contract"). Incomplete forms will not be accepted. By submitting your application, you hereby agree to comply with and fully accept KeHE's Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, as well as KeHE's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of its Virtual Show Platform.

Participation is contingent upon Category Management Pre-Approval.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not available for cancellations made after July 20, 2026.

Please note: If your Show-Only Deal is not submitted by the stated deadline, your participation will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

IX-One imaging is required for all product images to be visible on KeHE CONNECT. This process can take up to 4 weeks. Please review this document for more information.

WHAT ARE SHOW-ONLY DEALS?

Show-Only Deals are a selective, deep discount program that provides time-stressed Independent and Regional Retailers with a concise and impactful source for the best KeHE Deals. The final assortment for the program is chosen by Sales Leadership. The criteria for inclusion are depth of deal, sales history, GBB status and the number of DCs where item is stocked.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT SHOW-ONLY DEALS?
- MCB fees are the only cost to participate in the Show Only Deal program.
- Show-Only Deals are expected to be the best possible deal you can offer this group of retailers. You should not plan for further negotiations on Show-Only Deal items. The deal will include any national deal you already have in place.
- Supplier contributions range from 25% to 40% off wholesale price.
- Suppliers can set a case minimum for deal eligibility but there will be no tiered discounts.
- Any items that have a published Featured Deal CANNOT be promoted at the same time as Show-Only Deals. The Show-Only Deal offer for those items will not be loaded.
- Show-Only Deals will be loaded on KeHE CONNECT®.
The attached file suggests a 30% off Wholesale deal amount on your items. Please submit the best possible deal you can offer to the Independent Natural & Regional Retailers.

AN EXAMPLE OF A SHOW-ONLY DEAL OFFER:

Show-Only Deals will be inclusive of all off invoice National (book) deals you offer.

$1.00 Show-Only Deal
If there is a $0.40 book deal (OI) offered, then a $0.60 MCB is created.
If there were no book deal (OI) offered, then a $1.00 MCB is created.
All applied discounts total no more than the $1.00 Show-Only Deal agreed to. There is no “double dipping” or “stacking” of deals.

Execution of Exhibitor Contract

By clicking “Submit” below, you hereby represent that you have the authorization to complete this form on behalf of the company for which you are employed or represent, as well as provide the contact information for the Primary Contact, Additional Authorized Contacts, and Brokers. Your company shall be responsible and liable for all actions of your authorized users, including the Primary Contact, Additional Authorized Contacts, and Brokers.

The Primary Contact listed will receive all important communications, standard show communications, and show technology access. The remaining Additional Authorized Contacts listed will receive standard show communications as well as have access to show technology. It is your responsibility to keep the contact information provided current so that we can communicate electronically with all authorized individuals. You understand and agree that if we send you a communication, but you do not receive it because your contact information on file is incorrect, out of date, it is blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communications, we will be deemed to have provided the communication to you. If these contact points need to change at any time I will notify events@kehe.com.

Upon submitting this form the main contact listed above will receive an email. That email will serve as your invoice and Exhibitor Contract. If you do not receive an email, please contact (Events@KeHE.com).

Additionally, you acknowledge that in the course of your participation in the KeHE Show, as well as your access to the show platform and technology, KeHE, its Exhibitors, and all other authorized users, may disclose to each other certain information which they deem to be proprietary and confidential and which they desire to protect from unauthorized use and disclosure. You agree that you will not make use of or knowingly disclose to any third parties such proprietary and confidential information. Your company shall be responsible for any unauthorized disclosure by your authorized users, including, but not limited to, the use of an authorized user account to access the platform or technology by a third party not authorized by KeHE.
