    Most homes naturally collect extra buildup over time — things like dust in corners, soap residue in bathrooms, or grease in kitchen areas that routine upkeep doesn’t always catch. A Deep Cleaning allows us to take our time and truly refresh the space from top to bottom.

    Once everything is brought back to a clean, comfortable baseline, future visits become simpler and more affordable because we’re maintaining an already refreshed home instead of trying to catch up.

    Our goal is to make sure your first experience feels thorough, smooth, and worth it — and starting with a Deep Cleaning helps set that foundation.

  • Recommended for first-time service or homes with visible buildup. Designed to thoroughly refresh detailed areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and baseboards.

  • Designed to maintain homes already in good condition. Does not include detailed buildup removal or restorative cleaning.

     

  • Move-Out cleanings are often inspected by landlords or property managers. We recommend selecting interior appliance cleaning and cabinet interiors if required by your lease agreement.

  • Investment & Minimum Booking Requirement

    $800 – First 2 Hours (1 Contractor)
    $200 per additional hour thereafter

    $1,000 – First 2 Hours (2 Contractors)
    $300 per additional hour thereafter

    • Two-hour minimum required

    • Time is reserved per Contractor

    • All payments are required at the time of booking

    • No cash accepted

    • Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received

  • Notice – Specialty / Presentation-Based Services:

    Specialty / themed tiers are professional residential cleaning services only.

    No physical contact, escorting, adult interaction, or sexual services are offered or permitted under any circumstances.

    These services operate under a strict No-Contact Policy and professional conduct standards at all times.

    If inappropriate behavior, advances, recording violations, intoxication, or any breach of the Terms of Service occurs, the appointment will be terminated immediately without refund.

    The Company and its Contractors retain sole discretion to end service if safety, boundaries, or compliance standards are compromised.

    Services are production-based and governed by written Work Orders to ensure consistent scope control, predictable billing, and market-ready presentation standards.

    Unit size, condition, and access requirements are reviewed prior to scheduling. Walkthrough or photo documentation may be required. Written quotes are issued before service confirmation.
