    All membership payment plans will require a credit card on file to complete application process. No exceptions.

    Membership must be paid in full with 3 to 5 monthly installments, beginning on the day the application is accepted with $200 deposit on Membership. These payments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. The installments must be complete by June 12, 2026.
