  • YOUTH CAMP 2026 INTEREST FORM

  • We're glad your church is interested in joining us for Wake Youth Camp 2026, presented by Texas Ministries.

    This year, Wake Youth Camp (WYC) will offer two identical camp sessions. If your church has attended camp with us in the past, Phill Conchola, WYC Camp Director, has already communicated which session your church is encouraged to attend. If you are new to WYC, you are welcome to choose either session.

    Camp Sessions:

    • Week 1: June 5 - 9
    • Week 2: June 9 - 13

    Both sessions will be held at Boxwoods at Camp Cho-Yeh in Livingston, TX and will offer the same camp experience. Camp is open to students entering 7th grade this fall through the Class of 2026.

    This form does not lock in your registration. It is simply an interest form to help us gauge participation from churches. After submitting, you will be contacted with next steps for official registration.

    Please provide your best estimate of the number of students and leaders you plan to bring. You will then see an estimated total cost and deposit amount for your church. No payment is due at this time — this is only to help you plan and budget for camp.

  • CAMP COST & DEPOSIT INFORMATION

  • The cost of Wake Youth Camp is $425 per student for Cutoff 1 and $455 per students for Cutoff 2. This rate applies to all students (Grades 7th - 12th), while leader pricing will remain at a discounted rate of $415 throughout registration.

    To secure your church’s place at camp, a 50% deposit is required and must be fully received by your selected cutoff date. Deposits may be paid by check or online. Online deposit payments will incur a 3% credit card processing fee. Deposits may be submitted in multiple payments, but the full 50% deposit must be paid in full by the cutoff date to secure pricing and placement.

    Cutoff Dates & Pricing

    • Cutoff 1: Deposit due by March 20
      • Students: $425 per person
      • Leaders: $415 per person
    • Cutoff 2: Deposit due by May 1
      • Students: $455 per person
      • Leaders: $415 per person

    Checks should be made out to Wake Church with "Wake Youth Camp" in the memo line.

  • REMAINING BALANCE & FINAL PAYMENT

  • After your deposit is received, the remaining balance may be paid in full or in installments. The total remaining balance must be paid by your registration deadline (seven days before each session begins):

    • Week 1: May 30
    • Week 2: June 3

    If paying the remaining balance online, full payment is due by the dates listed above and is subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. If paying by check, the remaining balance is due upon arrival at camp.

  • REFUND & CHANGE POLICY

  • Due to campground requirements and advance payments, all deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, any changes not made by May 1 are non-refundable, including adjustments to student or leader numbers.
