  • Before you start filling out the Cuero ISD Education Foundation Scholarship application, make sure you have all your documents ready.

  • As part of the application process you must provide a copy of your resume that includes the following (in the following order):

    • A list of the odd jobs, summer jobs, part-time jobs, full-time jobs, and/or internships you have held during your high school career. Please include your employer’s name as well as the approximate dates of your employment and hours worked per week.

  • Time Commitments Outside of School -Make a list of how you spend your time outside of school. Include anything that applies to you, such as:

    • Community Service – Helping with nonprofits, local organizations, or community projects
    • Volunteer Work – School clubs, religious groups, or other unpaid activities
    • Work Hours – Part-time or full-time jobs, internships
    • Family Responsibilities – Helping care for family members or managing household tasks

    Include how many hours per week you spend on each activity and how long you’ve been doing it.

  • REMINDER: Request an OFFICIAL transcript be sent from the Cuero High School to the Cuero ISD Education Foundation at the email info@cueroedfoundation.org by the scholarship deadline.

  • Student Evaluation Forms

  • REMINDER: Student Evaluation Forms

    You will need to submit a Student Evaluation form to the following:

    • One (1) Vocational OR One (1) Career Teacher
    • One (1) Government teacher OR
    • One (1) English IV Teacher

    It will be YOUR responsibility to ask teachers to submit the completed forms to the Cuero ISD Education Foundation at info@cueroedfoundation.org by the scholarship application deadline.

  • Letters of Recommendation

  • REMINDER: Letters of Recommendation

    Letters must be submitted from one (1) clergy, recent employer, community leader and one (1) Cuero High School Vocational/Technical/Career teacher.

    Lettters must be dated, signed and on letterhead of the person submitting them on your behalf.

    Letters are to be emailed by the person submitting them to the Cuero ISD Education Foundation at info@cueroedfoundation.org by the scholarship deadline.
