This is a community-focused art fair. Applications will be reviewed to ensure work aligns with the mission and quality standards of the event. You will be notified of acceptance by April 20, 2026.

Event Rules and Guidelines
I understand the $20 application fee is nonrefundable.*

All artwork must be created by the artist listed on the application.*

I understand booth fees are due by May 20, 2026 otherwise I forfeit my spot.*

Artists are responsible for their entire setup including tents, tables, displays, and tent weights.*

All displays must be safe, sturdy, and secured.*

Displays must stay within assigned 10x10 ft space*

Tents must be weighted by at least 40 lbs per leg.*

I understand this is an outdoor vent and weather-related risks are mine*

This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued based on weather. In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for Sunday June 21, 2026.*

Follow assigned set up (8am-10am) and tear down (5pm) times. Tear down only begins after event ends. Cars can be driven in to load and unload, but must be moved immediately. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell at 10am.*
