• Roots Academy Admissions Inquiry Form Part 1 of 2

  • Thank you for your interest in joining Roots Academy. This is the first of two required steps in our admissions process. 

    After completing this form, you will automatically receive an email containing:

    • A link to read our School Agreements from the Roots Academy Handbook.
    • A short written statement prompt sharing why you believe Roots Academy is a good fit for your child and family (due within one week)

    These steps help us ensure that our school and your family are aligned in vision, expectations, and values. We are honored that you are considering Roots Academy for your child, and we look forward to learning more about your family.

    • Please note: While we value and support every child, our current resources may limit the types of learning needs we are able to accommodate. Each situation is reviewed carefully to determine whether we can provide appropriate support.

    • Roots Academy Elementary began with a small founding cohort of families during our 2025-2026 trial year, many of whom remain part of our school community today.

      • I understand Roots Academy is a micro-school with a capacity of 15 students per grade level, and not all applications may be accepted as students.
      • I understand that after submitting the personal statement (Part 2 of 2), the admissions team will review the application and families can expect communication regarding next steps within approximately two weeks.
