  • WINTER 2026 SMALL GROUP STUDIES

In an endeavor to provide more opportunities for learning, connection with one another, and spiritual growth, below you will find our list of small groups for January 2026. Some are just a few weeks long, and others continue for a couple of months.

Please read through them and then register to join one (if required). The groups which are meeting in homes have limited capacity—please sign up to reserve your place. Several other groups do not need registration, and do not have a capacity limit. Mark them on your calendars, and attend as you are able to do so.

We are on a journey together, pursuing a life-changing experience with God, and discovering the treasures of the ancient Orthodox Faith.

Read through the various Small Group studies available, and then choose which one you would like to register to attend.  4 of them require registration (attendance is limited); 3 of them do not (everyone is welcome to attend any of the meetings).

    • Refresher/Bootcamp – this group will help those who are Orthodox to more fully understand why we do what we do, and why we believe what we believe.
    • Catechism – this group will help those who are interested in becoming Orthodox to learn more about the Church, its history, its beliefs, and its practices.  This class is required prior to being received into the Orthodox Church
  • ORTHODOXY 201

    PriestVincent@gmail.com

WHO:     Open to anyone wishing to learn more about the PRACTICES AND RITUALS of the ancient Orthodox Church.

WHEN:    Saturday evenings, 6-7 PM (following Great Vespers)

    WHERE:  Church Nave (upstairs)

WHY:     Whereas Orthodoxy 101 answered the question, "Why do we believe what we believe?", Orthodoxy 201 answers the question, "Why do we do the things we do?". This series of classes explores the practical side of being Orthodox, and teaches us how to live as Orthodox Christians in our everyday lives.
