I understand that by signing this application, I am expressing my desire to be a volunteer for LPAA. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee a position. I further understand that I will need to undergo a selection process with the LPAA Board of Directors and pay for Child Safety Training & Background Check. Failure to do so may result in my ineligibility to continue being considered for a Volunteer position with Lenora Park Athletic Association
