Is your artistic practice tied to your cultural heritage, specifically related to practices that are often passed down through generations? We ask this because we want to build our directory of heritage arts practitioners--both traditional and innovative--as part of our programming for UNESCO Creative City of Crafts and Folk Arts. The broad categories we typically include here include fiber arts, woodworking, metal work, pottery, traditional performance, and more recent northern NM traditions including murals and lowrider art.

Interested in other short-term contract or gig work with Arts & Culture and our partners? Sometimes we hire for one-time tasks such as gallery preparation and installation, carpentry, event planning and assistance, project management and execution, administrative needs, last-minute and after-hours photography, and other as-needed tasks that crop up.
