⭐ BILLING & CREDIT POLICY
DooDashers is a pre-paid service. Invoices are sent during the week of the 10th of each month, with payment due no later than the 25th to maintain uninterrupted service.
Accepted payment methods include debit card, credit card, and select digital payment options. You will receive a payment link with each invoice.
A $20 fee applies to any returned or failed payments.
If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, a $5 late fee will be added to your next invoice, and service may be paused until payment is made.
DooDashers will send reminders the week payments are due.
Credits & Missed Services
Credits are not issued for:
Snow, ice, or severe weather
Locked gates or restricted access
Holidays
Unsafe dog behavior
Credits are issued when:
You or your pet are on vacation
We cancel service internally
We cannot reschedule a missed service that was our responsibility
We will always attempt to make up a missed service when possible.
Pet Count Changes
Please notify us if:
A new dog joins your household
A pet passes away
You are hosting visiting dogs (temporary $2/week per additional dog)
