Dance Central 2026 Legacy Audition Application & Commitment Form
Please fill out the below form to audition for the 2026 Legacy program. The completion of this form confirms you have read and understood all requirements for the program as outlined in the Crew 2026 Information Pack.
Before continuing please ensure you have read and understand the Legacy 2026 Information Pack.
For any questions or confirmations please contact our division coordinator on crew@dance-central.com.au. The requirement for the Video Audition is a 30 second video of you dancing. This can be either in a team, in a class or just you by yourself. If you have videos of yourself dancing on your social media platforms, you can provide us with a link to your page as your audition.
If you are under 18 years of age, this form must be completed by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.

I understand that upon successful progression into the Crew Program the applicant is committed to the program for the full year of 2026 and I will be financially liable to pay all term fees and expenses for the full year. Each crew is limited to a restricted amount of students. Students take up a place, and therefore, the whole year is budgeted on their attendance and financial commitment.
