    This WBASA event does not have registration fees for activities planned. However your cooperation in providing prompt and accurate registration and crew details would be greatly appreciated.

    This will be a great boating day for all boats, Goolwa is approx 1.5hrs drive from Adelaide. 

    Lunch is planned to be had the Coorong Cafe, so bring your lunch money along.

    These Classic Boat Days are a great way to get your boat wet, enjoy the company of like minded boaties and chill out. Make sure you note the dates in your WBASA calendar and get along. They are also a great way to test your boat out, get some advice about anything you need and of course check out the other boats. Support to launch and retrieve your boat, getting a tow if needed (yes, boats do breakdown) and, best of all, the opportunity to get your boat’s photo in the WBASA calendar are all good reasons to join in!

  • Itinerary

    Meet at the GAC - Goolwa Aquatic Club boat ramp from 9.30am and all to be underway for The Murray Mouth at 10.30am, Lunch at the Coorong Cafe, then  returning to Goolwa at approx 4.00pm.

  • Boat Ramps and Mooring

    The Goolwa (GAC) Boat Ramp located on Barrage Rd, Goolwa South. 

    Easy launch and recovery with Floating Pontoon access, plenty of car and trailer parking.

    Sheltered picnic area and toilets close to ramp.

    WBASA insurances do not cover your boat or any damage it may cause.
    You are expected to have the appropriate insurance at the this WBASA event.

    Be mindful of new life jacket / PDF requirements now enforced by Marine Safety.

    A two way radio is very helpful at these events, the WBASA preferred is a UHF radio with channel 27 selected.
