By submitting artwork to the April Showers: Growth & Resilience Virtual 3D Gallery, I acknowledge and agree to the following: If my work is accepted, I grant the Westbrook Legacy Foundation Ltd. permission to use images of my submitted artwork(s) for marketing, promotion, artist talks, educational programming, and related nonprofit activities. I understand that these uses may include, but are not limited to, social media posts, press releases, digital/print materials, and public presentations connected to the exhibition. I retain full copyright and ownership of my work. This release does not transfer intellectual property rights; it only grants the Foundation limited usage rights for promotional and educational purposes. I agree that the Foundation is not liable for any unauthorized reproduction or misuse of images by third parties outside of its control.
