    We don’t ask for overtime or Sunday ever - in any case - But do not restrict anyone who wants to work 24x7x365

    From time to time you will have to learn and grow compulsorily and for that for the deficiencies - You ll have to join our training programme which included various classes (as per requirements)

    A. Basic Duties & Responsibilities & Rules & Regulations

    1. Discipline

    3. No  - abusing verbally / physically - fighting - wasting time

    4. Don’t say no to any work

    5. There will be only 8 official holidays. Uttrayan, Dhuleti, Rakshabandhan & Diwali+5days

    6. Max 24 Leave ( 2 Per month) / year including late arrival (even for a min) / early departure (even for a min) / year allowed what so ever- That too if informed a week in advance - After that will not be allowed . All Leaves Are Unpaid Leaves 

    7. In case the number of leave per month exceeds permissible , then in that case double pay will be cut for every additional leave

    8. 1 emergency a month = 12 emergencies a year allowed separately apart from the 24 holidays mentioned above ( Valid proofs will have to be submitted) – All Leaves Are Unpaid Leaves

    9. Total leaves amount to 100 days

    10. For every holiday proof will have to be provided. 

    11. No files to be deleted whatsoever in any folder

    12. Counter check from checklist before submission of any work

    13. Daily send a report of all work status @5pm

    14. In case of any doubt for completion or hurdle do inform - So can discuss or communicate at the time of reporting and move forward but work should not be stopped or kept aside

    17. Send pdf / dwg / word / excel as soon as work done to sir / madam duly checked by seniors

    18. Reply to mails & messages

    20. Save all work on server only and No one should save on their desktops

    21. All file names and content check - Project Name-Sub Project name-Room / Part category-Room / Part Name - Sub Room / Part Name - Design / Drawing - Version number

    22. Cannot take any sort of data through any medium

    23. Every Monday at 5 pm discuss and submit and report next 7 days tentative submissions that you are supposed to submit during the week and daily update same (if required) at 5pm

    24. Before leaving 2 months notice period will have to be served. Otherwise pending pay will be forfeited.

    25. All data will be our sole property and should not be reproduced/used/shared with anyone whomsoever

    26. Any claim For pay will be entertained only within 15 working days from the date of issue.

    27. Any claim for pay will be eligible only after completion of minimum of 30 working days as per instructions and guidelines and rules adn regulations and terms and conditions from the date of joining.

    28. After successfully meeting the eligibility criteria, the hiring process may take between 1 to 30 days to complete.

    29. Even after a candidate clears the eligibility stage, the final hiring decision remains at the discretion of the company.

    TASK 1 - Arrange Interviews.

    With respect to the selected topic and its details from the link mentioned above, you are required to arrange at least 10 interviews with the relevant and respective stakeholders, and add the arranged interview details in the form listed below.

    We are asking / assigned you to arrange interviews as eligibility task, as arranging interviews with stakeholders related to the topic or incident being discussed is a key responsibility and an essential part of a cameramen's work profile.

    TASK 2 :
    From the scheduled 10 interviews, you are required to conduct 5 interviews by shooting or recording online (Zoom) or offline (using your own phone camera, your own DSLR, Lights and Tripod / Gimbal) . 

    Kindly Note:
    1. We will send the reporter/interviewer along with you and the reporter/interviewer will ask the questions and conduct the interview. Your responsibility as a cameramen is simply to record/shoot the entire interview properly.

    Preparation of Audio Presentation

    Step:1 :
    After reviewing Step 1, please prepare a concise audio presentation which will hardly take 10 minutes summarizing everything you’ve understood about the process. This will help us evaluate your clarity and readiness to move forward

    Important : If these points are not clearly addressed, your presentation will be rejected, and you will be required to re-record it. This will result in unnecessary loss of your time and effort, so please ensure all points are properly covered in your first attempt.

    Deadline: After receiving this message, you are expected to submit the audio link within 1 hour.

    Once done, upload the audio file to Google Drive and share the link for review.

    Step:2: Performing Eligibility / Sample / Demo Task

    Once you have reviewed the document & Submitted the audio task, kindly complete the Eligibility / Sample / Demo Task within the given timeline and formally confirm your agreement to undertake the task mentioned in Step 1, as specified in the Message and Jotform you have already submitted.

    As mentioned earlier the purpose of the eligibility task is to evaluate your skills, knowledge, and behavior and make you accustomed to other minor but important formalities of keeping records and reports in prescribed formats.

    Q2.What's the purpose of the eligibility task when I have experience of 10 years + in this field & Eligibility task process is too long?
    Ans:
    No, it's not too long.These eligibility tasks to be done are exactly the same as those supposed to be done as per day-to-day activity for the whole month once you are enrolled in a regular job.It's only a 1-2 day task and not more than that.
    And so those who are really interested should not have any issue in performing the same.And while posting job post at the job portal we have mentioned the requirement of a minimum of 3 years, so you are anyways presently doing the same tasks.

    Q3.When to submit?
    Ans:
    There are no deadlines.
    But your early satisfactory submission will enable us to hire you.

    Ans:
    Upload the output to your Google Drive folder and change the sharing settings to “Anyone with the link.”After uploading the task to your Google Drive folder, share the folder link in this form only. You will receive an acknowledgment email at the email address you provided in the form.     Ans:
    No. Upload tasks as they are prepared and not all together so we can comment corrections on those that are uploaded.
    Do make sure to create a separate folder for each task category and upload relevant tasks in corresponding folders only.

    Ans:No. You have to do all the tasks mentioned.

    Ans: Eligibility is not only for the quality of work submitted but also for the speed of task submission.As well as to understand the whole process from task receiving to task submission and review, and to make necessary corrections.
