    Wednesday, January 14th - Paid Schooling - 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

    Thursday, January 15th - Paid Schooling - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

    Thursday, January 15th - Show starts at 1:00 pm

    Pre entry deadline is 01/07/26, via the online entry form.  Post entries can be made (with $45 late fee) either via the online entry form (until 01/09/26), or in the show office after move in. 

    The show secretary must have on file copies of each owner's and exhibitor's NRHA membership card and the horse's NRHA Competition License. 

    The show secretary must have a form of payment on file for each entry before you can pick up your back numbers!

  • Show Fees

    All entries: showing horses

    $40 - Office fee/horse.

    $35 - Media fee/horse.

    • Includes photography and videography per run; includes delayed replay video feed at back gate for each run, and video viewing.

    $45 - Grounds Fee/horse (all horses, including non-showing horses)

    $14 - CDFA Drug Fee/horse

    $10 - NRHA Drug Fee/horse

     

    Non-showing horses:

    $45 - Grounds fee (must also sign waiver in office)

    Either: Stall fee or daily haul-in fee

     

    Additional fees as applicable

    $260 - Stall Fee

    $50 – MEC manure disposal fee

    $120 - MEC Resident Horse - No Stall

    $260 - Tack Room

    $40 - Haul-In Fee/horse/day

    $65 - Paid Warm-Up: 6 minutes

    $45 – Post entry fee if not entered by 01/07/26

    $35 - WCRHA Horse Nomination Fee

    4% Convenience fee for credit/debit card

    $20 - Close out fee: if your show bill is not closed in the office by noon on Sunday

    Judges Fees: When you enter concurrent classes (such as Limited Open + Intermediate Open; Non Pro + Prime Time Non Pro) you only pay one judge’s fee.

    • WCRHA Participation Release (REQUIRED) 
    • Release of Liability: All participants are fully aware, completely understand and accept that participation in the WCRHA Rein In the New Year, Affiliate #1 (the “Event”), whether as a contestant, employee, volunteer, exhibitor, sponsor, or spectator is dangerous and the events and that the events and activities associated with, relating to, arising out of and concerning this participation present substantial, serious and real risks of personal injury or death to the undersigned participant and the loss of, damage to, or destruction of the undersigned participant’s personal property. An equine professional including WCRHA, is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. All participants by entering this event fully and completely assume these substantial, serious and real risks whether or not apparent, known, unknown, foreseen, unforeseen, present or contingent, and the design or designing, staging, supervising, maintaining or in any way presenting, conducting or sponsoring the Event. By entering this Event, all participants agree to waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless WCRHA, it’s agents and employees from all claims, damages, losses, injuries and expenses arising out of or resulting from participation in the Event. All participants further agree to release, acquit and covenant not to sue WCRHA, it’s agents and employees for all actions, causes of actions, damages or damages in law or remedies in equity of whatever kind.

      I hereby enter the above horse at my own risk and subject to all rule and regulations of WCRHA. I am aware of the inherent risks associated with equine activities and I assume all risks associated with the event and hereby release and hold harmless Murieta Equestrian Center, NRHA, WCRHA, and all respective directors, officers, agent, successors and assigns, sponsors and suppliers, from and against any and all claims, limitation of injuries or damage to my property which I may incur as a result of my participation or attendance at this event. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Release and Waiver of Liability. I warrant that I am of legal age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms. I hereby acknowledge that I meet the criteria for eligibility to compete in the classes entered according to current NRHA and WCRHA guidelines.
