Please read the information below carefully and sign stating that you have read and understand this information.

1. Background Checks
Delta Logistics Solutions may obtain a criminal background check on you as part of the employment process. Delta Logistics Solutions will notify you if there is information in the background check that would disqualify you from employment. If you are hired, Delta Logistics Solutions reserves the right to conduct additional background checks during your employment.

2. Attendance
Delta Logistics Solutions requires perfect attendance for the first 60 days of employment. You must be on time and work your entire scheduled shift each day, or it may result in immediate termination.

3. Drug-Free Workplace Policy
Delta Logistics Solutions is committed to providing a safe and drug-free environment. The use, possession, or transportation of drugs or alcohol on any Delta Logistics Solutions or client premises is strictly prohibited. Employees who test positive while working on the job will be terminated immediately. Delta Logistics Solutions reserves the right to conduct random drug screenings. All employees injured on the job will be required to complete a drug screening administered by a supervisor or medical facility.

4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided to employees as needed. Employees are required to wear all issued PPE while working.
