    Must Be Within 300' Of A Water Body & Be A Baltimore County Resident To Qualify.
  • Backyard Buffer Packets Include The Species With The Approximate Quantities of Seedlings Listed Below. First Come First Served!:

    12 Northern Red Oak, 6 Red Osier Dogwood, 5 Flowering Dogwood,

      1 Baldcypress, & 1 American Sycamore.

    These bareroot seedlings are typically 8-18" tall.

    Pickup location is Cub Hill Ranger Station, 9405 Old Harford Rd., Parkville, MD 21234. Specific seedling pick up instructions will be communicated to accepted applicants. Pickup Date Not Yet Finalized. If you cannot make the pick up date, contact Maryland Forest Service at 410-665-5820 to schedule alternative arrangements.
