During these restorative sessions, participants will explore practices for grounding and emotional balance in a group environment, with the goal of building resilience through shared reflection and support. Together we will practice mindfulness exercises that help calm the mind, foster emotional wellness, and strengthen connections with ourselves and others come ready to grow together and leave empowered with practices that sustain us beyond this gathering.
