2026 Package Bee Terms

When you place an order for bees with Beekind, you automatically agree to the following:

Orders must be made and paid for in advance when ordering bees. We expect to sell out, so please order early to ensure availability.

The last day to change or cancel your order is March 15, 2026. Refunds or changes on bee orders will be charged a $35.00 fee per package. For all changes, please call the Beekind store at 707-824-2905.

Bees must be picked up in-person from the Beekind store (921 Gravenstein Hwy S. Sebastopol, CA 95472) on your selected dates. Beekind Honey does not ship bees.

Your pick up weekend must be selected at time of purchase. Package bees not picked up during your selected weekend will be forfeited. 

You may pick up your package(s) anytime during business hours on either Saturday or Sunday of your selected weekend.

Beekind reserves the right to postpone pick up dates due to inclement weather.

The customer assumes all risks concerning bees once they are picked up. Bees are live stock and are subject to various environmental stresses and occasionally bees do die in transport or abscond after installation. In the event that your queen is dead on arrival, please contact us immediately as replacement queens are available in limited quantity.

No refunds or changes will be made after March 15, 2026.
