University of Arkansas Beverage Donation Request Form
Information: Please submit your request at least 2–3 weeks before your event date. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email notification informing you of whether your request has been approved or denied. The delivery driver will contact you 1–2 days prior to your scheduled event to confirm the delivery. Please ensure that someone is available on-site to receive the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order will be left at the Union Loading Dock.
