  • Booth Selection

    Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. For 2026 our Inaugural Year, we can accommodate up to 150 commercial vendors and 20 food vendors. Upon acceptance of your application you will recieve an invoice for a non-refundable deposit sent to your supplied email.

  • Booth spaces will be assigned and setup can begin on July, 27th 2026. Booth must me completly setup by August, 1st by 10PM. "Friend of the Fair" is a program we have to fund our Pageant, Ag and Tech scholarships. Your donation to "Friend of the Fair" will be recognized by having your business name listed on all of our print, signage, social media and website content. Below are add-ons for those gift options.

  • Important Event Information

    The Inaugural Sullivan County Fair begins on August, 3rd 2026 and ends on August, 8th 2026. Our Inaugural Fair Pageant will be held on August, 2nd. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Deposit are due at the time of acceptance of application. Any vendors who have not paid the deposit in full within 7 days of accpentance, will lose their first come first serve status and that space will be offered to the waitlist (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Booth balances must be paid by June, 30th 2026. Any upaid booth spots will be offered to the waitlist on July, 1st 2026. Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access. All food vendors will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day prior to the event, and must provide permit for approval. Proof of liability insurance will be requested of all vendors and exhibitors.

    Payments are made by email invoices.

  • Vendor Terms and Conditions
    1. Event Schedule: Vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 PM on Saturday, August 1st. Booths must remain open and staffed during all official fair hours. Early pack-outs are strictly prohibited and may result in exclusion from future events.

    2. Space Assignment: Booth locations are assigned by the Fair Committee. While we try to accommodate requests, assignments are final. Subletting or sharing booth space is not permitted without prior written consent.

    3. Health & Safety:

    Food Vendors: Must provide a valid Tennessee Health Department permit and follow all food safety regulations.
    Fire Safety: All tents/trailers must have a fire extinguisher on-site and comply with local fire marshal codes.

    Electricity: Only heavy-duty, outdoor-rated extension cords are allowed.


    4. Insurance: All vendors are required to maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 in General Liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Sullivan County Tennessee Fair as an "Additionally Insured" must be submitted 30 days prior to the event.

    5. Conduct: This is a family-friendly event. Professionalism is expected at all times. The sale of illegal items, drug paraphernalia, or weapons is strictly prohibited.

    6. Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for keeping their immediate area clean. All trash must be placed in designated receptacles at the end of each night.

    7. Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable after July 1st, 2026, as these funds are used for event promotion and infrastructure. The fair is a "Rain or Shine" event.
