    Your sponsorship is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You may use this online form to pay for your sponsorship by credit card, but you may also submit information on this form and pay by check if you prefer. Either way, we will notify you as soon as payment has been received.

    • Sponsor Participation Details 
    • I understand that at the Silver level, I will be provided space at the event, but I must provide my own table. I also understand that the Silver level is farther from the stage on race day.
    • I understand that at the Title, Stage/Media, Lifeguard Challenge, Premier, and Gold levels, I will be provided VIP event space. I also understand that I will be provided with a table at the Run4Elise IF I complete payment for my sponsorship by April 15.

    • Table set-up will be from 6-7 AM on race day, Saturday, May 9 at the Run4Elise.  Sponsors may bring their own 10 by 10 tent. It can get windy. You must bring sandbags or gallon waters to secure your tent.  Electricity is not available.

    • The following opportunities are optional but greatly appreciated. Please let us know if you can help.

    • Are you able to provide items for our race-day goody bag for approximately 600 bags? Items are due by April 25. (For example: energy snacks, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, or other useful promotional items?)*
    • Are you able to provide a donation of water and/or food for participants on race day?*
    • Are you able to provide a race-day door prize/raffle prize (value $25-50) for our Main Stage Drawing? Door prize/raffle items due by April 15. Note: the race-day raffle is separate from our Swim4Elise Silent Auction held the week after the run.*
    • Are you able to donate a silent auction item/package valued at $150 or greater AND deliver item/package by April 15? There is a separate link/form used to help us track auction items. https://www.swim4elise.com/auction-information (We are seeking: Sporting Events, Autographed Items, Entertainment Tickets, Restaurant Gift Cards, Jewelry, Spa Packages, Gift Cards, etc...) WE NEED THE AUCTION FORM COMPLETED EARLY (April 15) TO PREPARE THE ONLINE AUCTION SITE.*
