By submitting this form and completing payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions for Ninja Class registration: Registration is not complete, and your spot is not secured, until full payment is received. Please transfer funds to the bank details provided above and submit your payment confirmation as instructed. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Class fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. If you need to cancel prior to the program start date, fees may be credited toward a future session at the program's discretion, subject to availability. Please reach out to the coach for more information. Media & Photo/Video Release: You grant permission for photos and video footage of the participant to be recorded during classes. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing and team content purposes (including social media and website use). Liability & Health Acknowledgment: You confirm that the participant is in good physical health and capable of participating in active physical exercise. Waivers must be signed with voluntarily assumption that all risks, hazards, and liabilities associated with participation in ninja classes are yours. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow all coach instructions and safety guidelines at all times. Failure to adhere to rules may result in removal from the program without a refund.
