Please note: In order to apply for a donation you must be employed by or be a member of the Board of Directors for a 501(c)3 organization, a school, a registered U.S. charity/society or a religious organization. And you must be at least 18 years of age.

- This application is due one month before your event date.
- Donations are given once a month and organizations can only receive one donation per year.
- Donations are determined by location, programming diversity, merit of cause, and audience served.
- Donations recipients must be a 501(c)3 organization, a school, or a religious organization.
- Donations are based on a first come first serve basis.
- Maximum T-shirt qty. is 24. Imprinted one color, one location on 100% cotton. (any color, any size).
- CheepTee logo will be placed below right hem (size 1”x2”)
- Production time is 5 business days.
