ABOUT THE EVENT

Florescer em Roda 2.0 is an event created by the association A Arte de Florear, facilitated by Shiru, Guilherme and Maré. With the theme “Cycles”, we reflect on movement, life phases, and the body as a form of expression. Everything happens in cycles, and every process needs movement, without losing our center. Bantu ancestral wisdom from Angola and Congo, along with Indigenous wisdom, teaches us:“The river does not stop flowing because it meets a curve.”“Everything that lives moves, and everything that moves teaches.”These teachings connect deeply with a special moment in Maré’s process an idealizer, artist, and devoted Capoeira practitioner. During this event, we will hold a special recognition of Maré’s Professora title, honoring her dedication, journey, and contribution. A weekend of exchange, learning, and celebration with classes, foundations, music, gatherings, a bonfire (luau), food, and connection.We look forward to sharing this cycle with you. 🌿Axé!

Florescer em Roda 2.0 é um evento idealizado pela associação A Arte de Florear, ministrado por Shiru, Guilherme e Maré. Com o tema “Ciclos”, refletimos sobre o movimento, as fases da vida e o corpo como forma de expressão. Tudo acontece em ciclos, e cada processo precisa de movimento, sem perder o centro.As sabedorias ancestrais Bantu, presentes nas culturas de Angola e do Congo, e as sabedorias Indígenas nos ensinam: “O rio não deixa de correr porque encontrou uma curva. “Tudo o que vive se move, e tudo o que se move ensina.”Esses ensinamentos se conectam profundamente com um momento especial no processo da nossa companheira Maré, idealizadora, artista e conhecedora da Capoeira. Durante este evento, teremos um reconhecimento especial do título de Professora para Maré, celebrando sua dedicação, sua história e sua contribuição.Um fim de semana de troca, aprendizado e celebração, com aulas, fundamentos, música, festas, fogueira (luau), comidas e convivência. Esperamos vocês para florescer em roda. 🌿Axé!
