This form is intended for children who are NOT currently enrolled and/or are not enrolled for the 26-27 school year. Use this form if you only wish to apply to our Summer Program. Please note enrollment for summer camps is limited, if we have space available after accommodated all of our current and incoming students, only then will we be able to offer enrollment to non-students. Weekly Drop-In camps will only be offered if space remains available after March 1.

The following conditions are required in order to be eligible for enrollment in summer camp (based on the child's age/group placement)
