Flexible schedule | Paid per project scope

Pay:

Competitive rates based on skill, experience, and project size

(Projects include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, sheetrock, painting, trashouts, resurfacing, and more.)

Work Areas Include:

HVAC repair/replacement/duct work
Electrical repairs
Plumbing (P-traps, augering, leaks, disposals, etc.)
Sheetrock repairs & full replacements
Interior & exterior paint
Full-unit renovations
Cabinetry & carpentry repairs
Flooring installation (vinyl, carpet, ceramic)
Pressure washing & cleaning services
Trashouts & debris removal
Janitorial/ Cleaning
Resurfacing (tubs, countertops, sinks)
Growth remediation
Roofing/siding/fascia repairs

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation
Tools required for your trade
Must be able to work independently and complete jobs on time
Professional communication with staff & property managers & any other vendors and employers
