All vendors must adhere to the following rules to participate in the Spring 2026 Show at the Tanana Valley Sportsmen’s Association:
- Firearms must always be treated as loaded and the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
- All firearms on display must be unloaded.
- Clear barrel indicators (chamber flags) are required in all firearms entering the building.
- Firearms must be secured with trigger locks, cases, or other approved methods when not supervised.
- Ammunition must be stored and displayed separately from firearms offered for sale.
- Unauthorized handling by attendees is prohibited, and vendors must maintain full control of their merchandise.
- Firearms may not be discharged anywhere on the premises.
- Tables must remain in assigned locations for the duration of the show.
- Aisles, entrances, and exits must remain clear at all times.
- Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their space.
- Damage to the facility caused by the vendor or equipment is the vendor’s responsibility.
- Soliciting outside assigned tables or obstructing other vendors is prohibited.
- Vendors must cooperate with TVSA staff and volunteers and follow all instructions regarding setup, display, or safety.
- Violation of rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future shows.
