    Please provide as much information as you can about the types of items you will be selling or displaying at our event
  • Vendor Rules and Regulations

  • All vendors must adhere to the following rules to participate in the Spring 2026 Show at the Tanana Valley Sportsmen’s Association:

    1. Firearms must always be treated as loaded and the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
    2. All firearms on display must be unloaded.
    3. Clear barrel indicators (chamber flags) are required in all firearms entering the building.
    4. Firearms must be secured with trigger locks, cases, or other approved methods when not supervised.
    5. Ammunition must be stored and displayed separately from firearms offered for sale.
    6. Unauthorized handling by attendees is prohibited, and vendors must maintain full control of their merchandise.
    7. Firearms may not be discharged anywhere on the premises.
    8. Tables must remain in assigned locations for the duration of the show.
    9. Aisles, entrances, and exits must remain clear at all times.
    10. Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their space.
    11. Damage to the facility caused by the vendor or equipment is the vendor’s responsibility.
    12. Soliciting outside assigned tables or obstructing other vendors is prohibited.
    13. Vendors must cooperate with TVSA staff and volunteers and follow all instructions regarding setup, display, or safety.
    14. Violation of rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future shows.
  • Table Request

    Tables for the Spring 2026 Gun Show are $75. This includes ONE 8ft table, and two chairs. Additional tables are available at the standard rate of $75. Tables are reserved on a first come; first served basis. Number of tables requested may not be available. If we are unable to give you the number of tables you request, we will contact you!
  • Friday Setup (April 17, 2026)

    Additional fee of $25 to cover for additional security
  • Payment

    Payment for tables will be accepted as soon as possible. Vendor space is limited. Once payment is received; tables are reserved (time will be given for mailed checks and cash payments). This allows us to know who is committed in order to assign the tables efficiency.
