A valid card will be required to secure your appointment after scheduling.

At Tease Salon, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because of this, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. Appointments that are missed without notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. By submitting this form, I authorize Tease Salon to securely store my card on file and charge the applicable fee in accordance with this policy if proper notice is not provided or the appointment that is missed. This authorization applies to the appointment listed above and any future appointments unless revoked in writing.
