Purchase Terms
Tokens can be purchased securely online through the H2WISE Token Purchase Station. At checkout, clients confirm acceptance of the H2WISE Token Service Terms.

Tokens are non-refundable but transferable within the same organisation.
Each token equals one hour of professional advisory or engineering service.
Services are scheduled subject to availability (priority applies to Platinum).
All prices are in AUD + GST.

Token Service Terms & Conditions

Definition of a Token. Each token represents one hour of H2WISE professional engineering or advisory service time.
Use of Tokens. Tokens may be redeemed for advisory, analysis, design review, commissioning, or related services as agreed.
Validity. Tokens remain valid until their expiry date, as stated in the selected package.
Renewal Bonus. Packages renewed before expiry receive 10–15% bonus tokens.
Reactivation of Expired Tokens. Within 3 months at 50% of cost, valid for 25% of remaining hours.
Transferability. Transferable within the same legal entity; not between unrelated parties.
Refunds. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
Scheduling. Subject to H2WISE availability. Priority applies to Platinum.
Reporting. Token usage summaries available on request.
Pricing & GST. All pricing in AUD; GST excluded unless stated.
Liability. Standard professional-service terms and limitations apply.
Acceptance. Purchasing or renewing tokens constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Deduction. Time is billed in 6 minute blocks.

Renewal, Upgrade & Reactivation

Renewal: Resets expiry; bonus tokens applied to on-time renewal.
Upgrade: Unexpired tokens credited at original value; new expiry from upgrade date.
Reactivation: As above (within 3 months of expiry).
