Fees (to be paid by April 15th):
$25 per person ages 13 and up
$15 per person ages 5 to 12
Free for children ages 4 and under
Note:
The fee structure above will go towards the food costs for Sunday and t-shirts. Other costs associated with food for Sunday, party favors, building rentals and other items, will be covered by a donor. This is to ensure that all family members have the opportunity to attend this special event. Attendees will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own lodging and transportation.
Attendees will not have to pay event fees for Friday and Saturday. In lieu of paying for the meal, rentals, and other items for Saturday, it is requested that attendees consider staying for the baby shower that will be held for Chandni during the second half of the event. The baby registry can be found on the evite link.
Registration form (below) should be submitted as soon as possible. The total registration fee can be submitted at a later date, but no later than April 15, 2026. A reminder will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the deadline.

If you plan to book your stay at the Hampton Inn Carolina Beach Oceanfront, you can book using the group name, "Omata Family Reunion." This will ensure you receive the discount rate. Please book before April 15, 2026 to receive the discounted rate and to secure your lodging. Around the Memorial Day weekend, lodging options are very limited as this is a popular time of the year at the beach.
