**Please carefully read and acknowledge that you agree to all terms and conditions before submitting** 1. Standard wash, dry, fold includes everyday laundry (clothing, towels, sheets and blankets) and will be charged by the pound. Laundry is separated into 2 loads (whites/lights & darks/brights) unless told otherwise. Each additional loads will be charged at $5.00/load. Please see price list. Whites/lights are washed on warm. Darks/brights are washed on cold. All items are dried on medium or low. 2. Comforters and Sleeping bags are priced per item. No Down comforters and sleeping bags. Please see the price list for details. 3. Hanging services do not include steaming/ironing. You can provide the hangers or we can provide standard wire hangers for a small fee. Clothing must be washed and clean prior to service for "fold only" and "hang only" services. 4. We will gladly sort the clothes for you, check the pockets, stains and damages and ask if you would like to add-on a spot treatment. 5. We make every effort to treat stains and lint if added, but results may vary and stain removal and full lint is not guaranteed. 6. $30 minimum order required. Orders below the minimum will be charged at the minimum rate. Rates subject to change. 7. Delivery fees and taxes apply. A quote can be provided but is not a final invoice. 8. Invoice must be paid prior to delivery. 9. If you have questions regarding how much a standard load usually weighs, then feel free to ask. 10. Due to safety precautions, we do not service the following: heavily soiled, pet laundry or heavy pet hair, urine, blood, oil, wet, vomit, mold/mildew, paint, strong odor contaminated items (smoke). Items with large holes/significant tears will not be serviced. Thank you for your understanding.
