    Player & Parent/Guardian Consent, Declaration and Terms

    By registering and accepting an offer from Tarneit North Football Club, I/we agree to the following terms and conditions.

    1.Commitment
    I/we understand that registration is for the full season. Players are expected to commit to training sessions, matches, and club activities, including tournaments and events, unless otherwise approved by the Club.

    2.Player Attire and Safety
    Players must wear appropriate football clothing, shin guards, and suitable footwear at all training sessions and matches. Players must bring a refillable water bottle to every session.

    3.Supervision
    A parent or legal guardian must remain present at the venue during training sessions and matches unless otherwise approved by the Club.

    4.Medical Emergency Authority
    In the event of illness or injury, I/we authorise Tarneit North Football Club, its officials, coaches, or volunteers to seek medical treatment and or call emergency services if required. I/we agree to be responsible for any medical, ambulance, or treatment costs incurred.

    5.Medical Disclosure
    I/we declare that all relevant medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or pre-existing injuries affecting my child have been fully disclosed. I/we understand that failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of injury and release the Club from liability arising from non-disclosure.

    6.Physical Participation Declaration
    I/we understand that football is a physical sport. I/we declare that my child is medically and physically fit to participate and that I am not aware of any condition that would place my child or others at risk during participation.

    7.Risk Acknowledgement and Waiver
    I/we acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or loss. To the extent permitted by law, I/we release and indemnify Tarneit North Football Club, its committee members, coaches, officials, volunteers, Football Victoria, Football Australia, and associated bodies from any claim arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.

    8.Code of Conduct
    I/we agree that the player must comply with the Player Code of Conduct at all times. I/we understand that the Club may suspend or remove a player from training or matches for breaches of the Player Code of Conduct.

    9.Parent/Guardian Behaviour
    I/we agree to comply with the Parent Code of Conduct. I/we understand that inappropriate behaviour, abuse, interference, or misconduct by parents or guardians may result in the player being removed from training, matches, or the Club.

    10.Child Safety
    I/we acknowledge that Tarneit North Football Club follows Football Victoria and Football Australia Child Safety Standards. Any concerns must be raised through the Club’s designated Child Safety Officer.

    11.Photography and Media Consent
    I/we give permission for Tarneit North Football Club to use photographs and videos of my child taken during Club activities for promotional, social media, website, and marketing purposes. This consent remains valid unless withdrawn in writing.

    12.Equipment and Property
    I/we agree to reimburse the Club for damage or loss of Club equipment caused by negligence or deliberate misuse by the player or accompanying family members.

    13.Discipline and Club Decisions
    I/we understand that all disciplinary, selection, and operational decisions are made at the discretion of Tarneit North Football Club in accordance with Club policies and Football Victoria regulations.

    14.Refund Policy
    I/we understand that registration fees and payments are non-refundable unless approved by Club management in exceptional circumstances, supported by evidence.

    15.Payments
    I/we agree to make full payment by the due date. Participation may be suspended if payment obligations are not met.

    16.Governing Body Compliance
    I/we acknowledge that the Club operates under the rules, regulations, and policies of Football Victoria and Football Australia and agree to comply with those requirements.

The next session fee will return to the normal amount and no discount will apply. The $550 fee includes player registration and uniform only.       Junior football competitions in Victoria, conducted under Football Victoria, generally commence around April and conclude around August or early September, subject to final fixture confirmation by Football Victoria.

      For age groups Under 7 to Under 13, the season typically includes approximately 14 to 18 rounds, depending on:

      Age group and competition format
      Number of teams entered
      Ground availability
      Weather conditions
      Football Victoria scheduling decisions
      Matches are usually scheduled on weekends, with occasional changes, byes, or catch-up rounds as determined by Football Victoria.

      Tarneit North Football Club does not guarantee a specific number of matches
      Changes may occur during the season due to external factors
