I understand that this is a contract for a payment plan and not the payment plan itself. On receipt of this application, Harmony Retreat will email me a recurring invoice with instalments from their bookkeeping software Xero. I must click the green PAY NOW icon and follow the instructions to set up a Direct Debit with Go Cardless.

I understand that after the initial set up and first payment, I will be sent a weekly invoice, but I will not need to take any action as the direct debit will automatically deduct each weekly instalment on the due date.

The Parties agree that the Debtor is to pay the Creditor the amount selected under, 'TICKET SELECTION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION'

The Parties agree to secure the amount of debt by entering into a new agreement where the above amount will be paid over 6 equal weekly payments according to the terms and conditions provided below.
Delicious meals and snacks are served throughout the weekend. Vegetarians will automatically be catered for. Do you have any of the following dietary requirements?*

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT PLAN
On receipt of this Payment Agreement Contract, Harmony Retreat, Meelon will email an invoice and direct debit request form to the debtor.

The debtor will complete the direct debit request form within 5 business days of receiving the invoice from Harmony Retreat, Meelon.

It is the responsibility of the debtor to make sure that there are sufficient funds in their bank accounts. It is also the responsibility of the debtor to catch up on any missed payments.

As tickets to the Art of Sacred Making retreat are non-refundable, payment plans are also non-refundable. In the event that a debtor does not honour this agreement and pay all of the installments, previous installments will be forfeited and a ticket will not be issued.

Tickets will be issued only when the payment plan is complete.

All payment plans must be completed by March 13th, 2026.

In the event that a debtor wishes to sell their ticket, they will need to complete the payment plan first.
