The main conference venue for the ADPCA 2026 Person-Centered Conference is the Samothraki Village Hotel, located in the area of Palaiopoli on the island of Samothrace.At present, all rooms at the hotel are fully booked. Alternative Accommodation: Kymata – Rooms/Apartments by the Sea (Palaiopoli, adjacent to Samothraki Village Hotel)

Kymata Apartments is the closest alternative accommodation to the conference venue (Samothraki Village) for the ADPCA 2026 Person-Centered Conference, located approximately a 5-minute walk away.You can book your stay at this property at a special rate for conference participants through this registration form. The rate covers accommodation only. The property also features a restaurant/tavern and a beach bar.Note 1: At this stage, reservations are available for double rooms only.

- In case of cancellation, the registration fee (100 or 250 euros) are not returned.

- Payment for accomodation can be returned, if participant cancels the registration prior to 20th of May, 2026.
