ROCK Wellness Weekend: Sponsor and Vendor Registration Form | February 2026

ROCK Wellness Weekend 2026 is a community centered health fair and wellness event focused on health equity, chronic illness, prevention, and access to resources.

This form is for organizations and businesses interested in participating as a sponsor or vendor. Preference will be given to vendors and sponsors whose products, services, and mission align with community health, wellness, education, prevention, and support for underserved communities.

Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. All sponsors and vendors are reviewed to ensure alignment with the mission and values of The AIP BIPOC Network and the purpose of the event.

 

Setup and Arrival Times

• Partner arrival and setup begins at 7:30 AM. All tables must be fully set up by 8:30 AM on each confirmed event day.
• On time setup is critical to maintaining event flow, safety, and attendee experience. Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the event opens and may impact table placement or participation.
• Partners are responsible for ensuring all onsite representatives are aware of setup requirements and arrive prepared to be fully set up by 8:30 AM.
  
  

Important notes:

• The AIP BIPOC Network reserves the right to approve or deny sponsor and vendor participation. If an application is not approved, any payment submitted will be refunded. Approved sponsorships, vendor fees, and donations are otherwise non refundable unless stated in writing.
• Sponsors and vendors may share information, resources, and approved materials at their table. Sales transactions are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.
• Table placement, schedules, and logistics will be finalized closer to the event and are subject to change based on event needs and space availability.
• Sponsors and vendors may be asked to attend a brief virtual logistics meeting prior to the event. A recording and written summary will be provided.
• Participation is limited to approved dates and times as confirmed.
